CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 103/13 dated 25/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jati Ram S/O Sh. Lala RamR/O Vill. SeraDH pos IYAJI Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/12/13 Deepu and his friend obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

1. Case FIR No. 328/13 dated 25/12/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HHC Ranvir Singh No. 737 I.O. of P.P. Hattli that on 25/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kot and during the course of patrolling he found that Raj Pal S/O Sh. Roop Lal VPO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi has dumped the sand on the road side which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HHC Ranvir Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 333/13 dated 25/12/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Vill. Karnehra PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/12/13 Kamlesh Kumar obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Kamal Kant No, 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT, HURT, AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 336 dated 26/12/13 U/S 341,355,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Santosh Kumari W/O Sh.  Pawan Kumar R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today her brother-in-law and his wife beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 335/13 dated 26/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Balo Devi W/O Late Sh. Nikka Ram R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Santosh W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar and Geeta Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Rajesh Kumar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 334/13 dated 26/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Netar Singh S/O Sh. Parma Ram R/O VPO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/12/13 a truck (HP33-1759) came from Nerchwok side, in the mean time a m/Cycle (HP69A-0684) tried to overtake said truck very rashly and negligently and met with an accident and all three occupants of said M/cycle sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar NO. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 80 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
