CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 270/13 dated 03/12/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 03/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police official at Jarol and during the course of patrolling he recovered 28 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Ram Dass S/O Sh. Achharu Ram VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.     Case FIR No. 269/13 dated 02/12/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Lohakhar PO Kapahi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/12/13 Sunny and Monu along with other two persons obstructed his way and beat him up. SI (Prob.) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 132/13 dated 03/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Majhol PO Parwada Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/12/13 Dalip Singh, Todar Mal and Murtu Devi obstructed her way and him up along with his wife. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4.     Case FIR No. 297/13 dated 02/12/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Sh. Amar Nath R/O Palasi PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/12/13 Ram Sahai obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 176/13 dated 03/12/13 U/S 452,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kahan Chand S/O Sh. Tula Ram R/O Vill. Khamrote PO & Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Nagu Ram R/O Khamrote PO & Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi  entered in his house on 02/12/13 and beat him up. ASI Shanti Swaroop Incharge Police Post Pangna is investigating  the case.

6.     128 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
