CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 100/13 dated 05/12/13 U/S 297,337 IPC has been registered Paras Ram S/O Sh. Blesar Ram R/O Vill. Sai (Dhanut) PO Sukki Bain Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/12/13 he was travelling along with Munshi Ram by his  bolero jeep (HP31A-5804) and when they reached at Kothi, Munshi Ram lost control over it and said vehicle fell down from the road and two persons sustained injuries. ASI Rajinder Thakur I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 284/13 dated 04/12/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Sarla Devi W/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Vill. Madwahan PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/12/13 Mahinder Singh obstructed her waya and beat her up. ASI Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 285/13 dated 04/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Mahinder Singh S/O Late Sh. Narpat Singh R/O Vill. Madwahan PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/12/13 Sarla Devi and Kishan Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No.103/13 dated 04/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand S/O Sh. Giru Ram R/O Vill. Jhiri PO Nagwain Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/12/13 he along with driver of truck No. (HP34A-0610) were coming from Nalagarh to Jhiri and when they reached near Aut driver of said truck parked in near tunnel due to some mechanical faults, in the mean time a car (HP34B-4455) came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and struck with their truck from back side. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 93 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
