CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 284/13 dated 18/12/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (Prob.) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on18/12/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Pungh and during the course of nakka he recovered 811 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Charan Dass S/O Sh. Joginder Singh R/O VPO Bishit Tehsil Manali Distt. Kullu (HP). SI (Prob.) Surinder Kumar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 102/13 dated 18/12/13 U/S 279,338 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Arvind Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Chand R/O Vill. Sheelakepar PO Dudar Tehsi Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that 18/12/13 a M/Cycle (HP31-1083) came from Mandi side and hit a car (HP33C-2114) at Naresh Chowk. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 317/13 dated 18/12/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Mamta Devi W/O Sh. Brahm Dass R/O Vill. Ramehra PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/12/13  Shakuntla Devi beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

1. Case FIR No. 182/13 dated 19/12/13 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar at present working as Pawari in Churag Rinusi circle that today he was on duty in the office of the Tehsildar Karsog where a lady and a gents came there and threatened to him with dire consequences.

 CHALLAN

1. 90 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
