A VEHICLE NOC COUNTERS IN  MANDI DISTRICT

 

1.     In view to take governance to the grassroots and provide more responsive and people friendly service the Police Headquarters Shimla (HP) has decided    to decentralization of Motor Vehicle Verification Counter Data in all Districts of Himachal Pradesh and to make these counters functional by 01/12/2013.  So today  Mandi Police has started  Vehicle Verification (NOC) Counter  in Police Post City Mandi in view to save people inconvenience and botheration of travelling to Shimla as since 2003, only one counter in the SCRB of the CID has been issuing such No-objection certificates.  Head Const. Amin Chand No. 73 Incharge DCRB and HHC Virender Singh No. 555 Traffic Clerk who were got trained in SCRB Shimla during recent past will man this counter in our district.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 296/13 dated 01/12/13 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jaswant Singh S/O Sh. Ranjha Ram R/O Kachyali PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/11/13 his wife and sons Arvind Kumar and Manohar Lal beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge Police Post Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 282/13 dated 02/12/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Amin Chand S/O Sh. Ram Dittaq R/O Jalla PO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 02/12/13 Tulsi Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.      Case FIR No. 283/13 dated 02/12/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Dhanog PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/12/13 Jagdish, Omi and Dalip obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 312/13 dated 02/12/13 U/S 452,323,506(2) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram R/O Mandir Tanda PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Tulsi Ram S/O Sh. Hirdu Ram R/O Mandir Tanda PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi entered in his house, beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6.     60 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
