CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 138/13 dated 21/12/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Keuli and during the course of patrolling he recovered 36 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Chawang Rigjin S/O Sh. Sonam Yangfil R/O Keulinala Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
98 challans were issued and fine of Rs.11,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
