CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 185/13 dated 27/12/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 26/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials in Bus Stand Karsog and during the course of patrolling he recovered unclaimed  842 Gram cannabis (charas) from a still container. ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S.Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 287/13 dated 26/12/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Pallavi W/O Sh. Suraj Naik R/O Vill. Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H) that on 26/12/13 her father-in-law Surat Naik and her brother-in-law Sandeep Naik obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Girdhari Lal No. 30 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 288/13 dated 26/12/13 U/S 447,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Surat Naik S/O Sh. Mast Ram Naik R/O Vill. Bhour PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Pallavi W/O Sh. Suraj Naik entered in his land and threatened to him. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 289/13 dated 27/12/13 U/S 452,147,149, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Vill. Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Biri Singh, Manoj Kumar, his wife, his mother, Satyem, Shivam and Sheela Devi entered in house and beat him. HC Girdhari Lal No. 30 I.O. of P. S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 99/13 dated 26/12/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by  ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Matwan and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Rangila Ram S/o Sh. She Singh R/O Matwahan PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). Asi Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No. 290/13 dated 27/12/13 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O Vill. Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 27/12/13 Mukesh Kumar, Rajender, Raju and Rajesh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 291/13 dated 27/1/13 U/S 451,341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Sh. Gangu Ram R/O Vill. Nagarda PO Beena Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/12/13 Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Gangu Ram, Rakesh Kumar and Ballo Devi entered in his courtyard and beat him up. SI (Prob.) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

1. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 3500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
