CRIME REPORT 30 DEC.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case  FIR No. 297/13 dated 30/12/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC & 185 M.V. Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh.  Surinder Kumar  S/O Late. Sh. Durga Dass R/O Rani Ki  Bain  P.O.  Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 30/12/13 at about  12:30 AM  when he was sleeping in his house , in mean time he heard a loud sound of  collision of any vehicle and came out   from his house and found  that   a Tipper No. (HP65-4445) rolled down on the road  and  driver of the above said vehicle sustained injuries.  (Prob). SI Sanjay Kumar I/O of P.S. Sadar  Mandi  is investigating the case.

 

CASE   OF EXCISE ACT  

2        Case FIR  No. 100/13 dated 29/12/13 U/S  39  of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar  by (Prob). SI  Amrik Chand  I/O of P.S. Padhar  that on  29/12/13 at about 5:15 PM  when he was on patrolling along with other police official then during the course of a patrolling he recovered  2985 ML English  wine  from the possession of   Yash Pal S/O  Late. Sh.  Jai Singh  R/O  Tandu Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.). (Prob). SI Amrik Chand  I/O  of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case .   

CASE OF  PUBLIC SAFETY.

3        Case FIR No. 332/13 dated 29/12/13 U/S  283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by HHC  Khub  Ram  No. 347  that on  29/12/13 at about 4PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials  then during the course of patrolling he found  that   Sh. Sura Ram  S/O Sh.  Sukhia Ram  R/O  Kalary P.O. Balhra Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  dumped the leap of sand  on the road side  which is causing obstruction to the general  public  as well as  traffic. HHC Khub Ram P.P. Hatli is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No. 333/13 dated 30/12/13 U/S  279,337 IPC  & 185 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  SI Sunil Kumar I/C of P.P. Hatli that on 29/12/13 at about 9:30 PM he found that  Amit Kumar  S/O Sh.  Jagdish Chand  R/O Chamanu P.O. Nabahi  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) was driving the vehicle No. (HP021-0760) in the influence of alcohol and    fell down   from  the road  near  Jaboth due to rash and negligent driving .  SI Sunil  Kumar I/C of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 340/13 dated 30/12/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Dahalu Ram  S/O Sh.  Tikkam Ram R/O  Serla Khabu P.O. ThinaGalu  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 27/12/13 when he was going to his home and reached near Serla Khabu , in mean time  Rinku  and  Hanku  resident of same locality  came there and obstruct his way and beat him up.  HC  Malkiyat Singh No.  57 I/O of  P.P. Rewalsar is investigitng the case.

CHALLAN

6        57 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 3300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours
