CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 133/13 dated 04/12/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar that on 04/12/13 he along with other police officials laid a nakka near Kandha and during the course of nakka he recovered 1 KG 150 Gram (charas) cannabis from the possession of Lal Chand S/O Late Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Bhayarta PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  and Lal Chand S/O Late Sh. Balu Ram R/O Vill. Mandir Tanda PO Dhaban Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Naveen Jhalta is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 176/13 dated 03/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Punni Devi W/O Sh. Dina Nath R/O Vill. Tardehar PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/12/13 Subhash Chnad obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 177/13 dated 03/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Bhella  PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) on 03/12/13 Dina Nath, Rajesh Kumar, Punii Devi, Babli Devi all resident of vill. Tarder PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

4.      Case FIR No. 313/13 dated 04/12/13 U/S 447,379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Premu Ram S/O Sh. Bangali Ram R/O Mandir PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Shiv Lal S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Jalah Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his land and cut down a tree and stole away it. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 271/13 dated 03/12/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Chowk PO Menhaden Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Dila Ram and his three friends obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6.      91 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
