CASE OF MURDER

1. Case FIR No. 183/13 dated 22/12/13 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Madan Bahadur Thapa S/O Sh. Dal Bahadur Thapa R/O VIll. Mahaker PO Paldara Tehsil and District Norprasi Nepal that by profession he is mason and presently he is residing in a rented room in village Drubbal. On 21/12/13 Biru Thapa intimate him telephonically that Kansi Ram killed to Vijay Thapa whose dead body is lying in their kitchen. SI Yog Raj I.O.of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 139/13 dated 21/12/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of  P.S. Gohar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 250 Gram (charas) cannabis from the possession of Mehar Singh S/O Sh. Tawar Nath R/O Vill. Nadhera PO Khun Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu (HP). SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

CASE ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 285/13 dated 22/12/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dhiraj Saini S/O Sh. Dagu Ram Saini R/O Khandla PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/12/13 a HRTC bus (HP65-2393) was on its way from Mandi towards Chandigarh and when said bus reached near Chamukha a car (HP23B-1923) came from Bilaspur side very rashly and hit the said bus. HC Girdhari Lal No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND HURT

4. Case FIR No. 320/13 dated 21/12/13 U/S 447,451,427,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Ram Chander S/O Sh. Chaina Ram R/O VPO Kothuan that on 20/12/13 Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Bramh Dutt, Jagdish Chand and Salesha Devi entered in his courtyard and beat him up. ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge Police Post Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 321/13 dated 21/12/13 U/S 447, 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ami Chand S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Doh PO Chowk Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/12/13 Dharam Chand and Busdhi Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCINDENT

6. Case FIR No. 182/13 dated 22/12/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Chanag PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/12/13 a M/Cycle (HP29-5422) came from Gumma side and when said M/Cycle reached near Bamnu nullah lost control over it and fell down in a nullah and  he was declared brought dead by the M.O. of C.H. Jogindernagar. ASI Govind Ram is I.O. of Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 68 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 15 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
