CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 330/13 dated 27/12/13 U/S 341,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill.Tarembla POLongani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Pratap S/O Sh. Birbal R/O Trembla obstructed his way and threatened to him. HC Sarwan Singh No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

1. Case FIR No. 331/13 dated 27/12/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P Hattli that on 27/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that Bhajan Singh S/O Sh. Singara dumped the wastage material (kawari) on the road side which is causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY

1. Case FIR No. 296/13 dated 27/12/13 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Harish Chauhan, Asstt. Manager Syndicate Bank Mandi that Alok Sharma Director Aditya Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Has tempered with a cheque amounting to Rs. 3 lacs and converted it into to Rs. Thirteen lacs. SI Chet Sing Incharge Police Post City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 295/13 dated 27/12/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by Inspr. Prakash Chand Incharge SIU Mandi that on 27/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 42 bottles (31,500 ML) country liquor from the possession of Devi Singh S/O Late Sh. Nag Ram R/O Nieul PO Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Inspr. Prakash Chand Incharge SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN TELEGRAPH ACT

1. Case FIR No. 292/13 dated 27/12/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 25 of Indian Telegraph Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Vill. Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/12/13 Harish S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Kangu came to his shop to sale the copper wire and checking of said wire he seems that said wire extracted from telephone cable and he immediately inform the local police. SI (Prob.) Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

1. 101  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7000/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
