 CASE OF OBSTRUCTED WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 312/13 dated 14/12/13 U/S 341,323,430,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Chaudhary Ram S/O SH. Anbika Ram R/O Vill. Lower Jehmat PO Upper Jehmat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Bhagi Rath obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 313/13 dated 14/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Lata Thakur W/O Sh. Kailash Thakur R/O H. No. 6/11 Ropa Colony Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Khem Chand, Kanta Devi, Raja, and Shashi  obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 314/13 dated 14/12/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Shashi Bala D/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Vill. Behar PO Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Kailash Chand S/O Sh. Rattan Chand, Lata Devi W/O Sh. Kailash Chand, Rattan Chand S/O Sh. Ram Singh, Mukhtyari Devi W/O Rattan Chand entered in her courtyard and beat her up. ASI Desh Raj is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 104/13 dated 14/12/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 I.O. of P.S. Aut that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Tunnel he found that an A/F M/Cycle along with two persons were fell down on the road due to rash and negligent driving by the rider of said M/Cycle. HC Rajinder Kumar No. I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

5. 97 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
