CASE OF NDPS ACT
Case FIR No. 135/13 dated 12/12/13 U/S 20,29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI(Prob.) Nirmal Singh that today at about 02.30 AM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Magru Galu and during the course of nakka he recovered 4 KG 400 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Dhup Singh S/O Sh. Loungu Ram R/O Vill. Thaharwi PO Degehed Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu (HP) and Bahadur Singh S/O Sh. Nikka Ram R/O Vill. Sakrahan PO Degehedh Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu (HP). SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, INTIMIDATION & MISCHIEF
Case FIR No. 322/13 dated 12/12/13 U/S 451,323,504,427,34 IPC has been registered in P. S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Raju Sharma S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Kansa PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/12/13 Neeraj Guleria and Rakesh Kumar entered in his Dhaba and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Case FIR No. 310/13 dated 12/12/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jai Singh S/O Sh. Goverdhan Dass R/O Vill. Thati PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a pick-up (HP28B-0397) was driven very rashly and negligently by Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Kamlesh Kumar VPO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and he crushed a lady namely Smt. Damodari Devi W/O Sh. Jhagdu Ram R/O Vill. Prain PO Langna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) who died on the spot. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
92 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
