CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 108/13 dated 23/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O VPO ill. Nagrota Bagwan Distt. Kangra (HP) tht on 23/12/13 he was coming back from   by a car (HP67-1987) and when he reached at Banala a truck (HP58-1137) came from Kullu side very rashly and negligently and struck with his car and another car (HR01AD-1620) came from Kullu side also struck with said truck. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

1. Case FIR No. 294/13 dated 24/12/13 U/S 451 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Khub Ram S/O Sh. Chimana Ram R/O Vill. Dhavan Sari PO Kot Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/12/13 Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Vill. Dhawan Sari PO Kot Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his house and when he tried to caught him he ran away from there. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 332/13 dated 24/12/13 U/S 324,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Janki Devi W/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Vill.Bhayarta PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/09/13 Shivja Devi W/O Sh. Keshav Ram beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 324/13 dated 23/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Vill. Barchhwar PO Surajpur Bari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/12/13 a M/Cycle rider hit a girl namely Stuti Sharma and sped away from the spot. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 184/13 dated 23/12/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Babu Ram S/O Sh. Jathu Ram R/O Vill. Khandak PO Pangna Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/12/13 a pickup (HP06-1329) met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving by driver Paul Chand. ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
