CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. A case FIR No. 26/12 dated 25/02/12 U/S 451/324/504 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Jogidernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Raj S/O Puran
Chand R/O Maman PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that on 24/02/12 Trilok
Chand S/O Sh. Raj Mal resident of the same locality came to his home at about
11.30 PM equipped with a sharp weapon and started abusing him and when he came
out of his house Trilok Chand beaten him
up and he sustained injuries. ASI Gobind Pal I/C PP Ladbharol is investigating the
case.
CASE OF CONSUMING POISON
2. Amit Kumar S/O Sh. ChamanLal VPO Ghandalvi Tehsil & P.S.
Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur aged 17 years old has been admitted to Z.H. Mandi
after he consumed some poisonous substance at Kangu for treatment and he was unable
to give his statement but as per the statement of Smt. Anju Devi mother of the
above Amit Kumar her son was taking some medicines from last 3-4 months.
However, final proceeding as per law will be initiated after recording the
statement of above Amit Kumar who is unable to record statement at
present.
CASE OF FIRE
3. Two storey kachha house
of Sh. Swaru Ram S/O Sh. Guju Ram and Sh. Hari Singh S/O Sh. Guju Ram R/O Tolak
PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was brunt today (intervening night of
24-25/02/12 at 1.30 AM) due to electric short circuit and approximately loss of
property is about Rs. 10 lacs.
ARREST IN CASE OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
4. Dinesh Kumar @ Bablu S/O
Jiwan Lal VPO Katipari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi arrested U/S 290/510 IPC on
24/02/12 at Padhar bazaar by ASI Charan Singh and he was bailed out on the bond
of Rs. 5000/5000 and Kalandras U/S 290/510 IPC was prepared against above
Dinesh Kumar by the local police of P.S. Padhar.
CHALLANS
5. 53 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 7,400/- was recovered under
M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 5 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine
of Rs. 500/- was recovered.
