CASE OF ACCIDENT, HURT

1. A case of road accident, hurt and insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace (case FIR No. 33/12 dated 16/2/12 U/S 279/337/323/504/34 IPC) has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Urmila Devi W/o Sh. Hari Dass R/o Vill. Dhanrashi PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 16/2/12 at about 10.AM she was crossing Dhanrashi, in the mean time a Scooter No. HR-4217 came from Sadhot side very rashly and negligently and hit her. She sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Amrit Lal No 413.

CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. A case of criminal trespass, hurt and criminal intimidation (case FIR No. 31/12 dated 16/02/12 U/S 451/323/506/34 IPC) has been registered in P.S Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Shastri S/o Sh. Roop Chand Shastri R/o H. No. 319/7 Bhut Nath Bazaar Mandi Distt. Mandi that on 16/2/12 at about 12.30 PM he went to the house of Bhupender Sharma at Bijni, in the mean time Kishori Lal and his wife came there and beaten him up. Case is being investigating by ASI Mohar Singh I/O P.S Sadar Mandi.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

3. Accused Raveen Kumar S/O Amar Nath R/o  Vill. Teen Pipal PO Pandoh Teshil Sadar Mandi, Puran Chand S/O Mani Ram R/O Vill Upper Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Mandi and Gian Chand S/o Brestu Ram R/O Vill Dhar Kothi PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi are arrested on dated 16-2-12 at 6 PM in case FIR No  9/12 Dt. 16-2-12 U/S 379,34 IPC at Gohar and  produced the L.D Court CJM Mandi on 17-2-12.

CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY, OUTRAGING MODESTY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. A case of wrongful restraint, molestation, hurt, insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace and criminal intimidation (case FIR No. 15/12 dated 17/02/2012 U/S 341/354/323/504/506/34 IPC) has been registered in P.S Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Shauni Devi W/o Sh. Lal Chand R/o Vill. Tandi PO Tihri Tehsil Sadar Mandi that on 16/02/12 at about 7.30 PM she was coming back from  Tihri Bazaar along with her husband , in the mean time Shesh Ram & Nihal Chand S/o Sh. Noop Ram obstructed her way and tried to outrage her modesty and also beaten of them. Case is being investigating by HC Hari Singh No. 407 I/O P.S Padhar.

CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. A case of criminal trespass hurt and insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace (case FIR No. 16/12 dated 17/02/12 U/S 451/323/504/34 IPC) has been registered in P.S Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Sheh Ram S/o Sh. Noop Ram R/o VPO Tihari Tehsil Sadar Mandi that on 16/02/12 at about 9 PM he along with his family member were present at their father shop than Lal Chand and Het Ram entered the shop and beaten  them. Thereafter, Pawan, Tek Chand and Hukam also came there and beaten them again. They all sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Hari Singh No. 407 I/O P.S Padhar.

CASE OF TRESPASS, RIOTING AND HURT

6. A case of criminal trespass, rioting and hurt (case FIR No. 17/12 dated 17/02/12 U/S 451/147/149/323 IPC) has been registered in P.S Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Shukar Deen S/o Sh. Masher  Deen R/o Badoun PO Kataoula Tehsil Sadar Mandi that today about 11 AM he was present in his house, in the mean time Ishmile, Mustu , Juku Ali, Kuni, Noor Bibi , Noor Jamal, Fakara, Musam Ali, Barkat Ali and Richhu entered in his courtyard and beaten him up with his son. They sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by ASI Charan Singh I/O P.S Padhar.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

7. A case of wrongful restraint, assault and insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace (case FIR No. 32/12 dated 16/02/12 U/S 341/356/504/34 IPC) has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Biri Singh S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Vill. Dhanrashi PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 16/2/12 he was going to Sarkaghat by his scooter, than Urmila Devi W/o Sh. Hari Dass, Bhanga Devi W/o Sh. Om Chand, Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Om Chand and Tara Chand R/o Sadhot obstructed his way and beaten him up. He sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Narpat Ram I/O P.S Sarkaghat.

8. A case of criminal trespass, hurt and insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace (case FIR No. 34/12 dated 16/02/12 U/S 451/323/504 IPC) has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/o Sh. Arjun Singh R/o Jamula PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 16/02/12 at about 10/11 PM she was present in her home, than Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Jawahar Lal R/o Jamula entered her house and beaent her up. She sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I/O PP Sandhole.

CASE OF THEFT

9. A case of theft (case FIR No. 18/12 dated 16/02/12 U/S 380 IPC ) has been registered in P.S Sundernagar on the compliant of Sh. Lal Chand S/o Sh. Chatter Singh R/o Gugyas PO Saikothi Tehsil Churah P.S Tissa Distt. Chamba at present worker at Kol Dam that today Khem Raj S/o Sh. Thakur Lal R/o Liyunda PO Saikothi Tehsil Tehsil Churah P.S Tissa Distt. Chamba has stolen Rs. 40,000/- from his room, during the night of 14/02/12. Case is being investigating by ASI Shanti Sawroop I/C PP Slapper.

ARREST UNDER NON-BAILABLE WARRANT AFTER ONE YEAR

10. On 16/02/2012 SI Ranjeet Singh  I/C PO Cell & SWC SP office Mandi & Const. Pradeep Kumar No. 376  arrested Davesh Chandel, Private Sale contractor S/o Sh. Jagdish Singh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur, who was wanted U/S 138 of NI Act and involved in 4 cases  i.e Nand Lal V/s Davesh Chandel, Ram Prakash V/s. Davish Chandel, Roshan Lal V/s Davesh Chandel and Bakshi Ram V/s Davesh Chandel.

VISIT OF SCHOOL KIDS TO POLICE STATION

11. 50 school students of King George Senior Secondary School Nerchowk visited the P.S Blah to learn about road traffic rules and signal.

CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT , ANTI-SMOKING ACT

12. Today  56 challan were carried and fine of Rs. 10,400 /- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours.  21 Challans were carried out under Anti   Smoking    Campaign launched by   the   District   Police   Mandi  under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 2200/- was recovered under COPTA Act during last 24 hours .
