CASE OF NARCOTICS
1. A case of NDPS Act (U/S 20 of NDPS Act) has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony S/Nagar by SI Firoj Khan SHO P.S. BSL Colony S/Nagar that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Naresh Chowk S/Nagar and during the course of nakka he recovered 440 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sh. Peer Singh S/O Sh. Lal Dass R/O VPO Thachi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.
CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY
2. A case of criminal trespass, wrongful restraint, hurt and insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace (U/S 452/341/323/504/34 IPC) has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony S/Nagar on the complaint of Smt. Reenu Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Rangra PO Kateru Tehsil S/Nagar Distt. Mandi that on 10/02/12 at about 07.30 PM Balak Ram, his wife and his mother beaten up her along with her mother in her home. Police is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
3. A case of theft (U/S 379 IPC) has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony S/Nagar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Gautam S/O Sh. Mayadhar Gautam R/O Vill. Khairi PO Purana Bazar Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 10-11/02/12 some unknown culprits stolen two tyres having approximately cost of Rs. 12,000/- .
