CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 36/12 dated 24/02/12 U/S 341/504/323/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand Kashyap S/O Sh. Hira Pal R/O Kuttal PO Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 23/02/12 he along with his friend Gajender Thakur, Jitender and Hans Raj were going to their home and when they reached near Suketi bridge, Latu, Jonty and Chintu obstructed their way and beat him up and he sustained injuries along with Gajender. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 279/429/20 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Virender Sharma S/O Sh. Kanahia Lal Sharma R/O H. No. 102/2 Purani Mandi Tehsil Sadar Mandi that on 23/02/12 he was going to his home by his car (HP33B-0151) and when he reached at Bhiuli, he saw a cow was lying on the road in injured condition who was hit by the driver of Tata Sumo (HP01M-0993) and sped away from the spot. HC Balam Ram No. 540 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 37/12 dated 24/02/12 U/S 324/504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Chand S/O Sh. Bachiter Singh R/O Vill. Bajahar PO Tarpohal Tehsil Sujanpur Distt. Hamirpur that on 23/02/12 he went to attend a marriage ceremony in his relationship at village Sohar where Vijay Kumar R/O Chatia-Di-Dhar hit him with knife on his left cheek and he sustained injuries. ASI Amar Nath is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 25/12 dated 23/02/12 U/S 143/341/506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Meena Ram S/O Sh. Loharu Ram R/O Vill. Bakhroh PO Khanol Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that Het Ram, Pabinder Kumar S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram, Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Shetu Ram, Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Shetu Ram, Kalu Devi W/O Sh. Yeshwant, Chandru Devi W/O Sh. Het Ram, Gumati Devi and Sanju Kumar S/O Sh. Het Ram all resident of same locality entered in his fields and tried to attack him but in the mean time his wife came there and saved him from the clutches of above mentioned persons. ASI Rajender Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

5. A case FIR No. 26/12 dated 24/02/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Begam Ram S/O Sh. Keshru R/O Vill. Delag PO Soma Kothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 23/02/12 he went to attend a marriage ceremony in his village along with his family and at about 9 PM when they came back to their home he saw the door of his house almirah were opened and he found that cash of worth Rs. 18000/- and jewelry were stolen away by some unknown culprits. Total approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 1,70,000/- SI Trilok Chand SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

6. Case FIR No. 50/12 dated 23/02/12 U/S 341/323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Durga Ram S/O Sh. Didu Ram R/O Vill. Soyra PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 23/02/12 he was going to his home and on the way his brother Pitamber @ Mast Ram obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

7. Accused Bhag Singh S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Kardhwan PO Chowk Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Bhag Singh resident of same locality were arrested today by HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.P. Hattli who were wanted in case FIR No. 182/11 dated 16/08/2011 U/S 379/427/447/34 IPC.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

8. Another accused Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Suraj Singh R/O Vill. Sihan PO Pehar Tehsil Sarkahat Distt. Mandi was arrested on 23/02/12 by HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi who was wanted in case FIR No. 273/11 dated 11/11/2011 U/S 454/511 IPC.

CHALLANS

9. 41 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 4,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 4 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 400/- was collected. 1 challan was issued under Mining Act.
