1. FIR NO. 42/12 dated 14.02.12 u/s 420, 467, 471 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on complaint of Sh. Dharam Dass s/o Sh Basakhu Ram r/o vill. Kasarla, PO Ratti working as Manager Himgiri Hire Purchase Ltd. That on 24.08.11 Duni Chand S/o Sh Dutt Ram Vill. Ghaur PO Riyur applied for finance of a vehicle. Late on the documents of the vehicle were found forged. Case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash I C PP Rewalsar.
CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT
2. Case FIR No. 43/12 dated 15.02.12 u/s 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on complaint of Smt. Rukmanni Devi w/o Shersingh r/o Gaggal that today at 10 am Smt Pammi Devi w/o Madanlal enetered in her courtyard and beaten her up. Case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh.

3. 87 Challans under MV Act with fine of 11500. And 29 Challans under Anti-Smoking Act. 2 Challans under Mining Act.
