CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. FIR No. 47/12 dated 20/02/12 U/S 341/323/504/506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Tholu Ram R/O Vill. Biharta PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present Prdhan G.P. Biharta that on 20/02/12 on the way Chint Ram, Arjun and Pawan obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh is investigating the case.

2. FIR No. 48/12 dated 20/02/12 U/S 341/323/504/506/355/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chint Ram S/O Sh. Shanker R/O Vill Biharta PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 20/02/12 Prem Singh and Jitender along with another persons beaten him up along with Ishwar Singh and they both sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
3. A case of road accident (FIR 21/12 dated 20/02/12 U/S 279/337 IPC) has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Girja Kumar R/O Sidh Kothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present running a tea stall at Salah that on 20/02/12 he was standing outside of his shop, in the mean time a Maruti car came very rashly and hit a scooter (HP31-3440) and rider of said scooter sustained injuries. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. of P.S. S/Nagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4. 47 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 3 Challans were issued under Anti Smoking Campaign launched by the District Police Mandi under COTPA and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered under COPTA Act during last 24 hours.
