1. A case of NDPS Act (U/S 20/29 of NDPS Act) has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony S/Nagar by ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony S/Nagar that today at about 9 AM he was on traffic checking along with other police officials at Naresh Chowk S/Nagar and during the course of checking of vehicles he recovered 600 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Krishan Pal @ Pala S/O Sh. Peer Ram R/O Manguwal PO Kahma Tehsil & Distt. Nawanshahar (PB), Bodh Ram S/O Sh. Sukhdev Ram R/O VPO Kahma Tehsil and district Nawanshahar (PB), Hans Raj S/O Sh. Kishan Lal R/O Nawanshahar Khas Gujarpur Colony (PB) and Ram Krishan S/O Sh. Surinder Ram R/O VPO Kahma Tehsil and Distt. Nawanshahar (PB) who were travelling by their own vehicle (PB23G-2570) which was also taken in possession. All accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.
CASE OF NARCOTICS
2. Another case of NDPS Act (U/S 20/21 of NDPS Act) has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi that on 11/02/12 at about 10.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 14 capsules of SPM-PRX and 6 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Vijay Sharma S/O Sh. Jagmohan Sharma R/O Chandola Niwas Vill. Kanlog PO Khalini Tehsil and Distt. Shimla and Nishant Godiyal S/O Sh. Deep Chand Godiyal R/O Vill. Sanu NIwas Him Fed building New Shimla Distt. Shimla. Both accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.
CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. A case of criminal trespass, hurt, insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace and criminal intimidation (U/S 451/323/504/506 IPC) has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhag Singh S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O Vill. Banaun PO Kapahi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/02/12 he was sitting in his courtyard, in the mean time Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Devi Ram came there and beat him up and also attacked him with sharp weapon i.e. khukhari. Police is investigating the case.

4. Another case of criminal trespass, hurt, insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace and criminal intimidation (U/S 451/323/504/506 IPC) has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Saji Devi W/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Vill. Chamak Bali PO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/02/12 she was present in her courtyard, in the mean time Gopi Chand S/O Sh. Gulisharan came there and attacked her with a sharp weapon and also threatened to her with dire consequences. Police is investigating the case.

5. A case of criminal trespass & hurt (U/S 451/323/34 IPC) has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam Lal S/O Sh. Dohalu Ram R/O VPO Balichowki Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi that on 11/02/12 Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Vill. Rikhali Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu along with another person namely Roop Lal S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Bela Tehsil Balichowki came his house and they both beaten up Sunita Devi who is his sister-in-law in relation. Police is investigating the case.
