CRIME REPORT 05 NOV.


 

CASE OF DEFAMATION & STATEMENT CONDUCTING PUBLIC   MISCHIEF

1          Case FIR No. 272/15  dated 05/11/15 U/S  499, 505 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the   written complaint of  Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Hari Ram  VPO  Katindi Tehsil Sadar Distt.  Mandi (HP) and  he alleged that  a person  namely  Rajneesh Sharma posted  a false  news on  his facebook account with the intention   to defame  the   Hon'ble Chief Minister  of HP Sh. Virbhadra Singh  and this  act of  Rajneesh  can  provoke breach  of  peace among  the general public   . SI  Sandeep Sharma I.O. of P.S. Sadar is  investigating  the case.

 CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 175/15  dated 05/11/15 U/S  451, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Panjab Singh  S/O Sh. Raghu Nath Singh  R/O  Tarapur PO  Tikru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that   Sanjay Kumar  &  Sandeep Kumar  both   resident of  same locality  entered in his shop  and threatened him  with dire consequences.  ASI  Sukesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is  investigating  the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 125/15 dated 05/11/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC    has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Bipin S/O Sh. Beas  Dev R/O Chhari PO Tikkar Tehsil Salooni Distt. Chamba (HP)  .  On 04/11/15 he alongwith  other passengers  were coming by  vehicle(HP01K-4025) which was driven by  Khursi  and when they reached near  Dawada, in the mean time  said  driver  lost  control on the vehicle and fell down  into the Beas  river . 8  persons  boarded said  ill-fated  vehicle  alongwith  driver .Out of  8 occupants,  above mentioned  complainant   succeeded to escape whereas   4  dead bodied namely  Inder Dev S/O Sh. Nehlu Ram  VPO  Malana Distt. Kullu ,Hukam Chand  S/O  Sh.  Chande Ram Distt. Kullu , Nolu S/O Sh. Ilu  Ram  VPO  Malana Distt. Kullu ,  Khursi S/O Sh. Puran Chand  R/O   Thanota PO Silli  Baggi  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi    have  been  recovered   till  now and  search operation is  continue  alongwith  QRT team  of this  Distt &  Fire Brigade   to found the remaining  three occupants  of said vehicle .  SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating  the case.    

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

4          Case FIR No. 299/15 dated 04/11/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Balh  by  HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 04/11/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Nerchowk Bazzar and  during the course of  patrolling he  found that  a  Rehri was laid on the road by  Nahar Singh  S/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O Daysan  (UP)  which was  causing  obstruction to the general public as  well as traffic.  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

5          Case FIR No. 300 /15 dated 04/11/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Balh  by  HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 04/11/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Nerchowk Bazzar and  during the course of  patrolling he  found that  a  Rehri was laid on the road by   Hem Raj  S/O Sh. Chuharu Ram  R/O  Palli PO  Brikhmani Tehsil   Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) which was  causing  obstruction to the general public as  well as traffic.  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

6          Case FIR No. 142/15 dated 04/11/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in  P.S.   Karsog  by  HC   Vijay  Kumar No. 411 I.O. of P.S. Karsog   that on 04/11/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials and  during the course of  patrolling he  found that  a  Rehri was laid on the road by    Om Parkash  S/O  Sh.   Luxmi  Narayan R/O  Naira P.O. Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) which was  causing  obstruction to the general public as  well as traffic.  HC   Vijay  Kumar No. 411 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.  

 

  CHALLANS

 7         106  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 13,300/- was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 800/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
