CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No. 290/15 dated 24/11/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Pungh and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 95 Grams Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of Ashutosh S/O Sh. Jagdish Singh R/O House No. 331A old Kondly (Delhi) 23 years old . HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
2 Case FIR No. 289/15 dated 24/11/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on by SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials near Jawahar Park and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of scraps was laid on the road by Vijay S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O House No. 44/09 Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic . SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 290/15 dated 23/11/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Yadvinder Sharma S/O Late. Sh. Dharmeshwar Ram VPO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 23/11/15 Khajan Singh obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Gian Chand I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND (PREVENTION TO ATROCITIES ACT)
4 Case FIR No. 157/15 dated 23/11/15 U/S 323 IPC & U/S 3(1)(X) of SC&ST Act has been registered in P.S.Karsog on the complaint of a person resident of Vill. Sopa Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/11/15 Kuldeep S/O Sh. Kahan Chand R/O Nabi PO Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) beat him up and also abused him by caste. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 317/15 dated 23/11/15 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Alam Ram S/O Sh. Birbal Ram VPO Dadour Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 23/11/15 when he was present in his shop , in the mean time Syoli & Ram Krishan resident of same locality entered in his shop and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Dharamender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
6 178 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 23,200/- was recovered and 8 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 3 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 16,300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
