  MONTHLY JOINT CONSULTANCY COMMITTEE -CUM - CRIME MEETING

1          Today monthy joint  consultancy  cum  crime meeting  of Distt. Mandi  Police  held under the  chairmanship of  Sh. Kuldeep Chand Rana, HPS  Addl. Superintendent of Police , Distt. Mandi (HP) at Police Lines Mandi in which  all Gazetted officer, All SHOs, I/C PPs  and 80 Police  officials of  Mandi  Police participated.  Welfare issues of the  Police Personnel were  redressed  during  said meeting , necessary direction  were also  given to the SHOs and  I/C PPs  to  intensify  the   patrolling  and Naka  in    the  jurisdiction of their respective P.S./P.P.  to nab the miscreants.   

CASE  OF CRIMINAL  TRESPASS , HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 270/15 dated 05/11/15 U/S 451, 323, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.   Jai  Kumar   Chauhan S/O Sh.  Sunder Singh  Vill. Lower  Thana PO  Kango-ka- Gehra   Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)   that  Sanjeev  Kumar   &  Kamla Devi  resident of same locality   entered in the courtyard of  his  home and beat him up .  HC  Ravi Kant  No. 02  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  CRIMINAL   INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 271/15 dated 05/11/15  U/S 451, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Anjana Devi W/O Sh. Sanjay Kumar R/O  Gutkan PO  Nabahi  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/11/15 when she was present at their home , in the mean time Basant Ram S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram   resident of the same locality, entered in the courtyard  of   her home and  beat her  up  and also threatened her with dire consequences .  HC  Kamal Kant No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4       Case FIR No. 272/15 dated 06/11/15 U/S  451,  341, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Jiwan  Lal  S/O Sh.  Sunder Lal  R/O  Dabrog Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on  Ved Raj and  Achhar   resident of the same locality entered in his  courtyard and  beat him up and  also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 273/15 dated 06/11/15 U/S 279, 337 , 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907  on   receiving     an information  he  rushed to  the spot  at  Plassi  and found that  a Motor Cycle (HP28-9071)  which was ridden by  Raju  Thakur  S/O Sh. Ram Chander R/O  Khirinappa PO  Bala Bazzar Tehsil  Mansi  Distt.   Khardiya (Bihar) 26 years old  collided with a JCB(3DX)  and  said Motor  Cycle rider   was died on the spot. HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating   the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 301/15  dated 05/11/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the compliant of Smt. Umavati W/O  Bhupender Pal  R/O  Dolangi PO  Balt Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 05/11/15 Het Ram  resident of same locality beat her up  and she sustained injuries. HC  Raj Mal  No. 875  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  NDPS ACT

7          Case FIR No. 143/15 dated 05/11/15  U/S 20 of NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S.  Karsog   by  ASI  Bhom Prakesh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on 05/11/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Btlabehali and during the course of checking of   Car(HP01A-4692)  he recovered  202   Grams Charas   from the possession of  Pankaj  Gupta S/O Sh. Khushi Ram   Gupta R/O  Karsog  Distt. Mandi  (HP) .  ASI  Bhom Prakesh  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF EXPOSURE AND ABANDONMENT OF CHILD

8          Case FIR No. 176/15  dadted 05/11/15  U/S 317  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Bablu Ram  S/O Sh. Hermola Ram  R/O  Bid  Tehsil  BaijNath Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/11/15 he alongwith   Vijay Kumar  were  coming  to  Drahal  and when they reached near  Nagnala, in the mean time they heard  that   a  baby weeping  there  and  they saw that  a  newly  born girl  baby  is   lying   alone there . On this complaint   above case has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar which is being  investigated by ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I/C of PP Bassi  

CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9          Case FIR No. 170/15 dated 05/11/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Paras Ram  S/O  Late. Sh.  Ghanu Ra,  R/O  Dharmot PO  Shilhanu Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 05/11/15  he  alongwith Tass Ram and  Gurdev  were going  and when they  reached near  Shilhanu in the mean time a Car(HP58A-2007)   which was driven by  Hem Raj   R/O  Bharmot PO  Shilhanu Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP)  came rashly   and fell down  50 Meter downward  from the road.  SI Surender  Singh  I/C   traffic  P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

  CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT  AND  INTIMIDATION

 10       Case FIR No. 172/15 dated 06/11/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh.  Khem  Singh  S/O Sh. Mahender Pal   R/O  Neelampur PO  Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 05/11/15  when he  was working  in his field , in the mean time  Bhubneshwer Dutt came  along with  Promila   and  obstructed him and   beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  HC Sarwan  Kumar No. 917   I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating  the case.  

CHALLANS

11    173 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 18,900 /- was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 2 Challans were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
