CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 126/15 dated 25/11/15 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act  has  been registered in  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by  ASI  Shiv Kumar   I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that  on  25/11/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Naulakha and during the course of patrolling he recovered  9000  ML  Illicit Liquor  from the possession of   Chaman Lal  S/O Sh. Shankar  Dass R/O  Naulakha PO  Kanaid  Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Shiv  Kumar  I.O . of  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No. 127/15 dated 26/11/15 U/S 279, 337, 338 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in  P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar  by  Lady Constable  Prem Lata No. 432  presently posted at  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  that   today  she  was on Traffic  Duty at Dhanotu , in the mean time  a Car(HP33T-9524) came  rashly  from  Sundernagar towards  Mandi    and hit   to a women  namely Achhari  Devi  who was  walking alongside the road  and  she  sustained  injuries.  This  incident occurred  due to rash and negligent  driving  of  above said car's driver.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

CHALLANS

3       231 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 30,500/- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered  and 5 challans were issued  under Mining  Act  and  fine of Rs.  9200/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
