CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 292/15 dated 28/11/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in  P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Anand Kishor I.O. of  P.S. Sadar  that on 28/11/15  he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Mela Ground  paddal  near  IIT gate  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  403 Grams ( Charas) Cannabis from the possession of  Kaptan Singh  S/O Sh. Rajender Singh  R/O VPO  Vranda Tehsil  Nurpur Distt. Kangra (HP).  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI  Anand Kishor  I.O. of P.S. Sadar.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2          Case FIR No. 293/15 dated 28/11/15 U/S 342, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar  S/O Sh. Basu Dev R/O SL-3 Chowk BBMB Colony  Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/11/15   owner of  the Hotel  Mid  Way   namely  Kapil  came  alongwith cook  Uttam and took him to  room of the hotel and  beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Tek Chand No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 322/15 dated 28/11/15 U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Gulab Chand  R/O  Pipli PO  Taroh  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 28/11/15  Krishan Lal  resident of the same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up . HC Naresh No. 862  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 76/15 dated 29/11/15 U/S  451, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Dharampur  on the complaint of  Smt. Simro Devi  W/O Sh. Chaman Lal  R/O  Gorat P.O. Seoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/11/15  Santosh Kumar  S/O Sh. Prem Singh  resident of  the same locality,   pelted  stones on her home and also beat her up and she sustained  injuries.  ASI  Bidhi Chand  I.O. of P.S.   Dharampur is investigating the case.

5          187  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 19,900/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
