CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 167/15 dated 02/11/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Krishna Devi, W/O Sh. Moti Ram, R/O  Majhakhal, PO Janjehli, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/11/15 at about 04:00PM  she was going towards Lower Majhakhal  in the mean time a scooter (HP32A-0417) came very rashly and hit with her and she sustained injuries in this accident.   HC Sarwan Kumar I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 99/15 dated 01/11/15 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Dhani Ram  S/O Sh. Chahtu Ram  R/O Vill. Kuljhan,  PO Bardhan, Tehsil and PS Padhar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/11/2015 at 05:30PM he was present at his home in the mean time Chander Mohan came his courtyard and started abusing him after that Chander Mohan beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Roop Lal I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 100/15 dated 02/11/15 U/S 451,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Vijay Kumar  S/O Sh. Chandermani R/O VPO Diyot Tehsil Multhan PS Baijnath Distt.Kangra (HP) at present Vill Lambadag PO Barot Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt Mandi (HP)   that on  01/11/2015 at about 8:00PM when he and his cook Vijay Kumar were present in his restaurant in the mean time Ghan@ Paras Ram came to his restaurant and  abused  and threatened them with dire consequences. Paras Ram also beat him up.  ASI Ramesh I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 266/15 dated 02/11/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint  of  Smt. Poonam Sharma W/O Santosh Kumar R/O Village Barchhwar, PO Surajpurbari, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  02/11/15 at about 12:00 noon she was going towards Barchhwar Sarkaghat along with her mother-in-law Sheetla Devi in the mean time  a scooty (HP74A-0647) came very rashly from  Sarkaghat side and hit her mother-in-law and she sustained injuries. HC Ravi Kant I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1. Case FIR No. 296/15 dated 01/11/2015 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Meena Sharma W/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O Village Vikasnagar (Daoh) PO Rewalsar District Mandi HP. She stated that on 01/11/2015 at about 8:05 PM she was going to her home along with her son Bharat Kumar, and on the way Roop Dhar S/O Mohan Lal started pelting stone from his balcony and  Meena Sharma and her son Bharat Kumar sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR no.173/15 dated 2/11/15 U/S 341,506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the statement of  Sh. Sansar Chand S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Vill. Stain PO Aihju Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/10/15  Jitender S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh R/O Vill. Stain PO  Aihju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed  his way and threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Tarsem Singh I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 139 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 18200/- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered and 04 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 25900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
