1. Case FIR No. 294/15 dated 27/11/15 U/S 403, 406, 420, 421,422,424,425 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of the Manager Gramin Bank Branch Pounta Sarkaghat that on 13/12/2011 Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Khayali Ram Vill. Haryali Tanda PO Bhambla tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi took a loan of Rs. 20,00,000/- to purchase a Tipper but after some time he sold that Tipper and did'nt pay the amount of loan took from their branch . SI Karan Jeet Singh I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.

Khayali Ram Vill. Haryali Tanda PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi took a loan of Rs. 20,00,000/- to purchase a Tipper but after some time he sold that Tipper and did'nt pay the amount of loan took from their branch . SI Karan Jeet Singh I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
3. Case FIR No. 292/15 dated 27/11/15 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sundernagar by HC Nand Lal that on 27/11/15 at about 6:00 PM he was on Patrolling along with other Police officials at BBMB Lake Sunder Nagar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1Kg 550 gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of Prakash Kumar S/O Sh. Beli Ram vill. Saroa PO Rella Tehsil Sainj, Distt. Kullu . HC Nand Lal I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4. 179 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 16600/- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
