CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 174/15 dated 03/11/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by ASI Rajesh Kumar, that he  was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Upper Chalharag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 05 bottles of Illicit liquor from the possession of Nirmla Devi @ Neena W/O Sh. Mahender Singh R/O VPO Chalharag Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No.118/15 dated 3/11/15 U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint  of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Harju R/O Vill. Segali, PO Upper Behli, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Distt Mandi (HP) that on  02/11/15 at about 6:00 PM  Gurdas Ram And his wife Bimla Devi entered in his courtyard  and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences . HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 268/15 dated 03/11/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  Insp. Ranjeet Singh SIU  Mandi that on 03/11/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at Manyana and   during the course of patrolling he recovered  12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of  Hari Singh  S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Manyana PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Insp. Ranjeet Singh  I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No. 269/15 dated 03/11/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar   by  ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C of PP  Kotli  that on 03/11/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials  at Bus Stand   Kotli  and during the  course of patrolling  he recovered  5 Ltrs. Illicit Liquor  from  the possession of  Sahan Lal  S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Nichli Suradi PO Khatyahad Tehsil  Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C of PP  Kotli is investigating  the case.

5          Case FIR No. 270/15  dated 03/11/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  ASI  Anand Kishor I.O. of P.S. Sadar that  he was on  patrolling alongwith other  police officials  at Padhiun and during  the course of patrolling  he recovered  6 Bottles  of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Hem  Chand   R/O  Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI   Anand Kishor I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6          Case FIR No.271/15 dated 04/11/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by   ASI Ashok Kumar  I/C of PP Kotli that today  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Kotli and during the course of patrolling he recovered  1750 ML  Illicit  Liquor from the possession of   Sohan Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Hariya Ram  VPO Saletar Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

7         Case FIR No.141/15 dated 03/11/15 U/S 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint  of  Sh.  Ghelu Ram  S/O Sh. Nirma VPO  Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that  on 03/11/15  Dharam Dass , Hira Mani & Sohan Lal  resident of same  locality  beat  him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Tej  Singh  No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8         Case FIR No. 71/15 dated 03/11/15  U/S  341, 323,504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Darampur on the complaint of  Sh. Naveen Kumar  S/O Sh. Kirpa Ram R/O  Chatter PO  Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat (HP) that  Promila Devi resident of same locality  obstructed  his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 61 I.O. of P.S.  Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9          Case FIR No. 72/15 dated 03/11/15 U/S  451, 323,504, 506 ,34  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Dharampur  on the complaint of  Smt. Promila Devi  W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Chattar P.O. Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that Naveen Kumar  resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequences.  HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

10        Case FIR No.298/15 dated 03/11/15 U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Jagmohan Sharma R/O  Lalsa PO  Dansa Tehsil Rampur Bushehar Distt. Shimla(HP)  that  on 30/10/15  he came  to  Nerchowk alongwith his  friend  Vikas Chaudhary  and  he   handed over   his Car(HP06A-2332) to Vikas Chaudhary  to go ATM  Both, But    Vikas Chaudhary  did not returned back  and dishonestly taken  away his car  along with personal belongings in  it.  SI  Vikas Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ASSAULT, OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

11        Case FIR No.268/15 dated 03/11/15 U/S 357, 323, 355, 341, 342, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pyare Lal  S/O Sh. Mastu  R/O Bhambla Distt. Mandi (HP)  through  Ld- Court JMIC Sarkaghat U/S 156(3) Cr.P.C.  ASI  Chiranji Lal I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

12                 170  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 17,600 /- was recovered and 6 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 2 Challan were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
