CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 101/15 dated 03/11/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar, on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Nagnu Ram R/O Vill. Bai-ri-Gahri PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/15 at 12:30 PM he was coming to his home from Village Kayali  and when he reached at  Kamand Bridge, he saw that a person namely Kamal Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Ramlal R/O Vill. Khil PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) fell from the road about 10-15 meter downwards along with his Motercycle (HP33C-6056). In this accident Kamal Kumar sustained injuries and admitted to CHC Katoula. HC Rajender Kumar I/O PP Kamand is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 168/15 dated 02/11/15 U/S  341,323,504,506,147,149 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar, on the complaint of Sh. Joginder Pal S/O Sh. Karam Chand ,R/O Vill. Halali, P.O. Bihni ,Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  01/11/15 at 06:00PM  he was going to his home along with his wife and when he reached at  Bunali, Six persons came there and obstructed his way, beat him up and  also threatened him with dire consequences and he sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 173/2015 dated 2/11/2015 U/S 341,506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar, on the complaint of Sh. Sansar Chand S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Vill. Satain PO Aihju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 31/10/15 Jitender S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh R/O Vill. Satain PO Aihju obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Desh Raj I/O PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No 267/15 dated 02/11/15 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar, on the complaint of  Sh. Manoj Kumar R/O H.No-80/5 Palace Colony Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/11/15 at about 2:00 PM  he was going to his home and when reached at near Seri Munch in the mean time Ashwani Kumar  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  Ashwani Kumar also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 269/15 dated. 02/11/15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in  PS Sundernagar, on the  complaint of  Smt. Fulla Devi W/O Sh. Kartar Singh R/O Village Patta, PO Jambla, Tehsil Sundernagar Distt  Mandi (HP) that  on 02/11/15 at about 12:30PM she was  at her courtyard in the mean time her brother-in-law Baldev Chand obstructed her, beat her up and also threatened her. HC Prabhakar Ram I/O PP Dehar is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 297/15 dated 03/11/2015 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Kallu R/O Shahjanha, Utter Pradesh presently working as a laborer at Diyargi stated that on 02/11/2015 at about 8:30 PM he was present in his room at Diyargi, in the mean time 3 persons came by a Car (HP32B 0102) and  beat him up. HC Dharmender Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

7.      198 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 17200/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
