CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

 

1.      Case FIR No. 103/2015 dated 13/11/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Padhar by SI Vinod Thakur SHO PS Padhar that on dated 13/11/15 at 07:00PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jhatingari  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Mitter Dev S/O Sh. Netar Singh, Village Hadgahan, PO Jhatingari, Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt. Mandi HP. SI Vinod Kumar SHO of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

 

2.      Case FIR No. 104/2015 dated 13/11/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Padhar by ASI Joginder Singh that on dated 13/11/15 at 08:00PM he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Jhatingari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 06 Bottles of English wine from the possession of  Khalu Ram S/O Sh. Kalu Ram Village Dharmard PO Jhatingari, Tehsil and PS Padhar, Distt. Mandi HP. ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3.      Case FIR No. 121/15 dated 13/11/2015 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered  in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram S/O Late Sh. Ram Dayal R/O Village Gahar P/O & Sub Tehsil Nihri  District Mandi (HP) that on 12/11/2015 at about 6:00 PM Raj Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained  injuries. Raj Kumar also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Khalil Ahmed I/C PP Nihri  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ESSENTAIL COMMODITY ACT

 

4.      Case FIR No 149/15 dated13/11/15 U/S 3,7 of  Essential Commidity Act 1955 has been registered in  PS Karsog by  SI Sunil Kumar against Pyare Lal S/O Doulat Ram Village Arjoth PO Dharmor Tehsil Karsog. SI Sunil Kumar stated that on 13/11/15 at 3:40 PM he received a secret information and raided at Dharmour in the ration shop of Pyare Lal and found 350 Liter Petrol and 350 Liter Deisel without any license.  SI Sunil Kumar SHO of  PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

5.      Case FIR No. 282/15 dated 13/11/2015 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ranjit Singh S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram Village Baag PO Masayran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 13/11/2015  at about 1:30 PM  he and his wife were present in his house in the mean time Hans Raj and Prabhu Ram came there abused and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

6.      Case FIR No. 283/15 dated 13/11/2015 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Parma Ram Village Harlot PO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/11/2015 at about 6:00PM near Rasin Galu a car (HP01M-1673) came very rashly and fell about 200 miter down. Driver Budhi Singh S/O Sh. Viri Singh Village and PO Rakoh, Teshil Sarkaghat, Distt Mandi brought to hospital where MO declared him brought dead.  SI Nardev Singh  I/O PS  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

7.      Case FIR No. 180/15 dated 14/11/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 of MV Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Lal Chand Sharma R/O Machkehar P.O. Aihju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 13/11/15 after closed his ration shop he was  going to his brother,s home and when he reached at Stain at 7:30 PM he saw that Mani Ram fell on the road and an unknown vehicle hit him and ran away. ASI Tarsem Singh I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

 

8.      Case FIR No. 276/15 dated 13/11/15 U/S 39 Of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Sundernagar by SI Kalyan Singh that on 13/11/15 at 9:00 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kanaid  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  9000ML English Wine and  6000 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O Duddoun P/O Kusmeila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. SI Kalyan Singh I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

9.      201 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 29000/- was recovered and 04 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
