CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT
1 Case FIR No. 292/15 dated 22/11/15 U/S 279,337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sagar Dutt S/O Sh. Sunder Ram Khararau PO Dhalwan Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/11/15 at about 7:30PM a Car(HP69-3740) Alto came rashly from Mandi towards Jahu and fell down 300 Mtrs. downward from road and driver namely Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Kali Dass R/O Gharbasda Distt. Mandi (HP) died on the spot at Dhalwan and one other occupant namely Bhuri Singh S/O Sh. Sauju Ram R/O Khetru PO Dhalwan Distt. Mandi (HP) was declared brought dead by M.O. CHC Baldwara . S.I. Karan Jeet Singh I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
2 151 Vehicles were challaned under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 22,300/- was recovered and 3 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 8500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
