CASE OF NDPS ACT

1     Case FIR No. 291/15 dated 27/11/15 U/S 20, 29 ND&PS Act has  been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC Tek Chand No. 03 that  today  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at Pungh and during the course of checking  of  Car( HP66A-1163) he recovered  2Kg 100 gram  Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of   Joginder Singh  S/O Sh. Kansi Ram R/O  Raisari  P.O.  Doaugi Tehsil  Sainj Distt. Kullu  (HP)  age 31 years ,  Tulsi Ram S/O Sh. Vidya Dhar R/O  Pashi PO  Railla Tehsil Sainj Distt. Kullu  age  28 years  &  Inder Chand S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Siroh PO Railla Tehsil  Sainj Distt. Kullu (HP) age 34 years. HC  Tek Chand No. 03  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF COHABITATION CAUSED BY A MAN DECEITFULLY INDUCING A BELIEF OF LAWFUL  MARRIAGEy

2          Case FIR No. 159/15 dated 26/11/15 U/S 493, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  received    on the complaint  of  Smt. Yojna Sarin W/O Manjeet Singh  at present  residing  at  Sanrali Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  during the  year 2007  Manjeet Singh  came  to her home alongwith  his brother  Virender   Diluwal PO  Alewa Distt.  Jind  (HR)  and told  her that   he  is unmarried   and   solemnized marriage with her .  Now she came to know that   he was  already married  and he deceitfully  got married  with her and  now  threatening  her with   dire consequences.  ASI  Swaroop  Ram  I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3         Case FIR No. 321/15 dated 26/11/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Megh Singh  S/O Sh. Dasu Ram R/O Khiyuri P.O. Rajgarh Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/11/15  Kewal Kumar R/O  Baggi  Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed  his way and beat  him up and  also threatened  him with dire consequences . HC  Dharmender Kumar  No. 77  I.O. of P.S. Balh  is investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

4        154  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 18,700 /- was recovered and  17  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
