CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 275/15 dated 08/11/2015 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Moti Ram S/O Sh. Lajje Ram R/O Khalara PO Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going along with his nephew Sh. Daulat Ram to their home and when they reached near Satyur, in the mean time Yadvinder and Palu obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Hem Raj Incharge P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 274/15 dated 07/11/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Vill. Lower Shula PO Jukhala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 07/11/2015 a private bus came from School Bazaar side near Sakodi bridge and hit him due to which he sustained injuries. HC Bhagat Ram No. 905 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
3. Case FIR No. 272/15 dated 07/11/2015 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint Sh. Devinder Sen S/O Sh. Nihal Singh R/O H. No. 316/3 Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/11/2015 Mamta attacked upon his wife Anjana with knife and she sustained injuries. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sunderngar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
4. Case FIR No. 273/15 dated 07/11/2015 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderngar on the complaint of Sh. Jai Sen S/O Sh. Surender Sen R/O H. NO. 316/3 Tehsil Sundernagar that his aunty Anjana attacked upon his mother Smt. Mamta with knife and she sustained injuries. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
5. 172 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 15,500/- was recovered, 7 Challans were issued under COTPA Act & fine of Rs.700/- was recovered under COTPA and two challans were issued under Mining Act and firn of Rs. 4500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
