CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1          Case FIR No. 273/15 dated 07/11/15 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Abhishek Shrivastva R/O  10  F/6 Clibe Road Civil, Allahbad (UP)  that  on 06/11/15  he  was coming from  Hamirpur towards Mandi  and when reached near Mandi ,in the mean time ¾  persons  came there  and obstructed his  way and  beat  him up. ASI  Gian Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sadar   Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2          Case FIR No. 274/15 dated 06/11/15  U/S 325, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Yashwant Singh  S/O Sh.  Lokhu Ram   R/O  Chamyolaka P.O.  C holthara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/15  Kuldeep Singh   came alongwith his wife, Saroj Kumari  resident of same locality  and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC Kamal Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF DISHONESTLY RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY

3          Case FIR No. 275/15 dated 07/11/15  U/S 411  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  ASI Chiranji Lal  I/C of PP  Hatli  that on 06/11/15 he was on patrolling   alongwith other police officials at  Talab  Ambla- Galu  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3Kg 700 Gram  Copper- Wire  from the possession of  Pyre Lal S/O Sh. Damodar Dass  R/O  Dhanalag PO  Balhra Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP).   ASI  Chiranji Lal  I/C of  PP Hatli is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

 4         Case FIR No. 302/15 dated 06/11/15 U/S 283  IPC  has been registered in  P.S.  Balh  by   HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of  P.S. Balh  that on 06/11/2015  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Nerchowk and during  the course of patrolling  he found that  a Rehari was laid on  road  by  Rohit S/O Sh.  Amar Singh R/O Andoli PO  Asyan Tehsil Sikandra Distt. Hatras (UP)   which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.  HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

5          Case FIR No. 303/15 dated 06/11/15 U/S 283  IPC  has been registered in  P.S.  Balh  by   HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of  P.S. Balh  that on 06/11/2015  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Nerchowk and during  the course of patrolling  he found that  a Rehari was laid on  road  by   Pappu Singh S/O Sh. Mohan  Lal  R/O  Kashinagar (UP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.  HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 126/15 dated 06/11/15 U/S 341, 323,427, 504, 506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Aman Sharma S/O Sh. Sanjay Kumar R/O  Banayat PO   Randhara  Tehsil   Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that he is  working as a Manager at   Hot Mixture Plant of Naval Kishore  at Panarsa. On 05/11/15 he  alongwith Yog Raj   were coming  from   said  plant, in the mean time  2/3 persons  obstructed   their way and beat up them  and also broke  the door of  Mixture plant  and threatened  them with dire consequences.  ASI  Subhash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Aut  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

7        Case FIR No. 144/15 dated 06/11/15 U/S 451, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh.  Doulat Ram S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O  Kot – Tikker PO  Maihandi Tehsil Karsog  that   05/11/15  that Surat Ram came alongwith    other persons,  entered in  his courtyard and  beat him up  and also threatened him with dire  consequences.  ASI  Bhom Prakesh I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT 

 

8          Case FIR No. 145/15 dated 06/11/15 U/S 279, 429 IPC & U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  ASI  Amar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on  06/11/15    a  Private Bus  came rashly   and hit  a bull   at Mamail .  ASI  Amar Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF SUICIDE 

 

9          Case FIR No. 271/15 dated  07/11/15 U/S  306  IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar   R/O  Dodwan PO  Bhojpur  Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Sukh Lal  resident of same locality   obstructed  her daughter's way and  and  abused her . On 30/09/15 due to regular  harassment  of  said  person  her daughter committed the suicide .  ASI  Parkash  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case.  

 

CHALLANS

10       159  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 12000 /- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and 2 Challan were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7300/ -was recovered during last 24 hours.
