CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

 

1          Case FIR No.106/15 dated 20/11/15 U/S 342, 323, 498(A), 201 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Kusuma Devi W/O Sh. Tilak Raj VPO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  she was married  with  Tilak Raj . But  soon after the marriage her husband  started to harass her physically  and mentally by demanding  dowry and  also  beat her  up regularly and she sustained  injuries  . ASI   Joginder Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2          Case FIR No. 287/15 dated 20/11/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay   Kumar S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O  Chaloh PO Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 20/11/15 when he was purchasing  the vegetables from  school Bazaar, in  the mean time  a Scooty(HP33D-1257)  came rashly from Skodi Bridge side  and hit to him and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No.32  I.O. of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3         Case FIR No. 155/15 dated 20/11/15 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Som Krishan S/O Sh. Nar Singh Dass  R/O   Jarotlu P.O. Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/11/15 Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O  Kukahan Distt. Mandi (HP)  was  going to his home, in the mean time  Durga Singh S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O  Chalog Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and   beat  to   Nanak  Chand and also threatened   with dire consequences. ASI  Amar Singh I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT  ACT

 

4          Case FIR No.125/15 dated 21/11/15 U/S 336, 337, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anshual Guleria S/O Sh.  Yadav Singh  R/O Salah PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that   repair  work  is  on progress in  Model School BBMB Colony  Sundernagar  and  same is being  done by the local  contractor .  On 20/11/15  his nephew was  going to school, in the mean time , iron structure of door  fell upon him  and sustained injuries. This incident occurred  due to  negligence of said  contractor as well as  School Administration .  ASI  Ram Lal  I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating  the case.    

 

CASE OF   PUBLIC SAFETY

 

5          Case FIR No.130/15 dated 20/11/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  ASI  Mohar Singh  that on 20/11/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Athara Padeya and during the course of patrolling he found that  a heap of  stones and  cement laid  on the road  by  Khajan Singh  S/O Sh. Chhanu Ram R/O Lower Khalini PO Khalini Chotta Shimla Distt. Shimla at present  worker Airtel construction company which was causing  obstruction  to the general public as well as  traffic.  ASI  Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

6          Case  FIR No. 285/15 dated 21/11/15 U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Ghidru Ram R/O  Baned  PO  Chatrokhadi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/11/15  Dhani  Ram resident of  the same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up  and also threatened  him with dire consequences .  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7          Case FIR No. 287/15 Dated 21/11/15 U/S 342, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the  complaint  of   Sh. Madan Lal S/O Bhag Singh R/O Village Chahalwana PO Loharghat Tehsil Ramshehar District Solan that on dated 20/11/15 at about 7 PM Nagu Ram ,Kala Ram ,Sanjay and Prakash locked up him  inside the room of Nagu Ram's home at village Kandhar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  and also beat him up  and  threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8          Case FIR No.286/15 dated 21/11/15 U/s  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tulsi Ram S/O Sh. Narottam Ram R/O Hawani PO Churdh Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  21/11/15   when he was going by his Motor Cycle and when reached at  Lalit Chowk, in the mean time another Motor Cycle(HP28A-3951)  came rashly  and hit to his  Motor Cycle and he sustained injuries. SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY AND HURT

9          Case FIR No. 178/15 dated 21/11/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Gohar on the  complaint  of  Sh. Prem Singh S/O Churamani R/O Vill. & P.O. Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) Age 32 years  stated that on 20/11/15 at Chailchowk at about  8.30 PM, Three persons namely Pawan Paharia  R/O Naun, Raku R/O  Nawgrawn, Biju  R/O Satkan obstructed  his way and beat him up  and he sustained  injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I/O  PS Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

10    191  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 41,300  /- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 5  Challans were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.  10,700/ -was recovered during last 24 hours.
