1 Case FIR No. 316/15 dated 22/11/15 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Shakti Chand R/O Malther Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/11/15 Jitender Kumar & Shakti Chand obstructed his way, beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
2 Case FIR No.290/15 dated 21/11/15 U/S 323, 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Kanwar Singh R/O Maseran PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkahgat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/11/15 Kalu Ram S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 291/15 dated 22/11/15 U/S 452, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Ghadyani P.O. Rakoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 21/11/15 he alongwith his friend Shammi Kumar were present at his home, in the mean time Payar Chand & Sunny both the resident of same locality entered in his courtyard and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 288/15 dated 21/11/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Jaspal Singh S/O Sh. Dalip Singh VPO Gurkotha Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 21/11/15 when he was present near Gurudawara gate , in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HP33B-3457) came rashly from Kullu side and hit a Car (PB10AM-0559) which was coming from opposite side . This accident occurred due to rash and negligent ridding of said Motor Cycle Rider. ASI Anand Kishor I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
