CASE OF THEFT

1.     Case FIR No.107/15 dated 30/11/15 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Tanuj Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Dass Tyagi VPO Pali, Tehsil and PS Padhar, Distt. (Mandi HP) that on the intervening night of  29-30/11/15 some unknown person stole away his  Bajaj Discover bike No.HP76-1617  from his home at Chaknwar-Pali link Road. HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

Sadar  that on 28/11/15  he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Mela Ground  paddal  near  IIT gate  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  403 Grams ( Charas) Cannabis from the possession of  Kaptan Singh  S/O Sh. Rajender Singh  R/O VPO  Vranda Tehsil  Nurpur Distt. Kangra (HP).  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI  Anand Kishor  I.O. of P.S. Sadar.

2          Case FIR No. 293/15 dated 28/11/15 U/S 342, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar  S/O Sh. Basu Dev R/O SL-3 Chowk BBMB Colony  Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/11/15   owner of  the Hotel  Mid  Way   namely  Kapil  came  alongwith cook  Uttam and took him to  room of the hotel and  beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Tek Chand No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

Mandi took a loan of Rs. 20,00,000/- to purchase a Tipper but after some time he sold that Tipper and did'nt  pay the  amount of  loan   took from  their  branch  . 2        Case FIR No. 127/15 dated 26/11/15 U/S 279, 337, 338 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in  P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar  by  Lady Constable  Prem Lata No. 432  presently posted at  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  that   today  she  was on Traffic  Duty at Dhanotu , in the mean time  a Car(HP33T-9524) came  rashly  from  Sundernagar towards  Mandi    and hit   to a women  namely Achhari  Devi  who was  walking alongside the road  and  she  sustained  injuries.  This  incident occurred  due to rash and negligent  driving  of  above said car's driver.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. Mandi (HP)  that on 22/11/15 at about 7:30PM  a Car(HP69-3740) Alto came rashly from  Mandi  towards Jahu   and  fell   down 300 Mtrs. downward from  road   and  driver  namely  Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Kali  Dass  R/O  Gharbasda  Distt. Mandi (HP) died  on the  spot  at  Dhalwan  and one  other occupant  namely  Bhuri  Singh  S/O Sh. Sauju Ram  R/O  Khetru PO  Dhalwan  Distt. Mandi (HP) that   repair  work  is  on progress in  Model School BBMB Colony  Sundernagar  and  same is being  done by the local  contractor .  On 20/11/15  his nephew was  going to school, in the mean time , iron structure of door  fell upon him  and sustained injuries. Mandi (HP) that  during the intervening  night of  19-20/11/15  when he was sleeping  in his home then he heard  loud noise on the  road   and he suddenly awake up  and found  that a Truck(HP51-1269)  was  fell on his house  as well as  his  neighbor's house No. 46/12. This incident  occurred  due to  rash and negligent  driving  by   said  truck driver namely  Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Himmat Ram R/O Karnal PO  Tauna Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 177/15 dated 18/11/15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the statement of  Sh. Hukam Singh S/O Sh. Bhoop Singh R/O Vill. Dharot Dhar P.O. Kandha Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  18/11/15  he was going to Kandha by vehicle (HP32B-1768) and a car (HP34A-5226) was  going ahead to his vehicle and when said  car reached at place Throt Galu in mean time  said  car fell 150 feet down from the road. Fateh Singh S/O Sh. Dole Ram   driver  and  other three   occupants of said car  sustained  injuries and  Kishni Devi W/O Sh. Dhani Ram  65 years old  was declared brought  dead by M.O CHC Gohar. ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.
