CASE   OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1     Case FIR No. 7/15 dated 29/01/2015 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL   Colony SNR on the complaint of Sh. Daulat Ram S/O Paras Ram R/O Village Kodash P.O. Paura Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  28/01/2015 at about 8.00 PM Jeet Ram S/O Budhi Singh R/O Village Kodash PO Paura Kothi Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed  his way and beaten him up and also threatened with  dire consequences.   HC Ram Lal No. 543 I/O P.S. BSL Colony SNR is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2         Case FIR No 6/15 dated 29/01/15 U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar  by SI Manmohan Singh  SHO of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar that on 29/01/15 at about 08:30 AM  he was  on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials  at  Doldhar and  during the course of patrolling he   recovered  11 bottles of Country Liquor from  possession  of Bhupendar Kumar S/O Gandhi Ram R/O Village Doldhar P.O. MD Galu Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi HP . SI Manmohan Singh SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No. 19/15 dated  28/01/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  ASI  Vinod  Kumar  I/C of PP Lad-Bharol   that he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Trind  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  45 Bottles of Country Liquor  from the possession of  Roop  Chand  S/O Sh. Gulab Singh  R/O  Trind  P.O. Gangoti Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Vinod  Kumar I/C of PP Lad-Bhrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4        Case FIR No. 24/15  dated 28/1/15  U/S  20 of NDPS Act  has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar Mandi  by SI  Sandeep Chaudhary  I/C of  PP Pandoh that on   28/1/15  he laid a nakka  along with  other police officials at  Dhyod More  and  during the course of  nakkabandi  he recovered  92 Gms. Charas(Cannabis)  from the possession of  Mandeep Thakur S/O Kashmir Singh R/O H.No. 28 VPO Taroun PS Bharari Distt. Bilaspur (H.P.) SI  Sandeep  Chaudhary  I/C of PP  Pandoh is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No.36/15 dated 28/01/15  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Rumla Devi  W/O  Dile  Ram  R/O   Mangwari Thana PO  Kangu  Ka Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  28/01/15  Biri Singh  S/O Sh.  Late Sh. Kansi  Ram  R/O  Mangwari Thana PO Kangu Ka Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed  his  way and beat him up  and also threatened  with dire  consequences.  ASI  Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6       Case FIR No. 37/15  dated 29/01/15  U/S  341, 323, 352, 506, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Smt. Kaulan Devi  W/O Sh. Marchu Ram  R/O  Mohin(Jaral) PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  29/01/15  Biri , Lekh Raj,  Sohan Lal resident of same locality  obstructed her way  and  beat her up   and also abused  her.  HC Dalip  No. 911 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7        281  Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.33,200/-  was  recovered  and 7 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
