CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 07/15 dated 21/01/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar  on the complaint of Sh. Yadvinder Kumar S/o Sh. Rukman Singh R/O Vill.  Silag PO Pali Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  21/01/2015 at about 3.05 PM when he and his friend Pushap Raj were going by M/cycle ( HP76-124)  towards Sahal  and said M/Cycle fell down on the road due to rash and negligent riding by Pushap Raj and they both sustained injuries.  SI Bhim Sen SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR NO 14/15 Dated 22/01/15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Deep Ram  S/O Narpat Ram  Village Bagail  PO Khanyol Bagra  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi stated that  on 21/01/15 Diwan Chand driving  van (HP-30-2546) and due to rash and negligent driving at Meihran more said van fell down from the road and two occupants namely S/Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Amin Chand and Jhabe Ram S/O Sh. Narpat Ram both are resident of village Bagail PO Khanyali Tehsil   Karsog died on the spot. ASI Sohan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS AND OBSTRUCTING WAY

3. Case FIR NO 15/15 dated 22/01/15 U/S 353,332,342 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Kushal Singh S/O Kanshi Ram   R/O Vill. Ploh  PO Gawalpur  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Chowkidar in  Forest Rest House Aashla  that on  21/01/15 Om Prakash, Chhayal Singh and two other persons beat him up.   HC Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S.    Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 31/15 dated 21/01/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered by ASI  Brij Lal Incharge  P.P. Slapper that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dharli and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Het Ram S/O Mansu Ram R/O Vill. Dharli P.O. Pourakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 32/15 dated  22/01/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Subndernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Hassin Anjum S/O Kasim Deen Vill. Tarot P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on  22/01/15 a truck ( HP-31A-5099)  came rashly from Link road Rampur side and hit to a M/Cycle (HP24A-4943) and rider  Sakil Ahmed sustained injuries.  HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR N0 19/15 dated 21/01/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Sandeep Choudhary I/C P.P. Pandoh that   Harish Kumar R/O Saroa PO Pandoh was riding his  M/Cycle (HP33A-1380) very  rashly from Pandoh towards Mandi side and when he reached near Selly Hotel met with an accident and he sustained injuries/ SI Sandeep Chaudhary Incharge P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR no.27/15 dated 21/01/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O VPO Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that his tractor met with an accident at Salyani and driver of the tractor Ranjeet Singh sustained injuries. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8. Case FIR No. 28/15 dated 22/01/15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Vill. Khalihan PO Naroal that on 21/01/15 Jagdish Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Thakur Dass Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9. 116 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 18,200/-  was  recovered and   18 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1800/-   was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
