CASE   OF EXCISE ACT

 

1       Case FIR No.09/15 dated 24/01/15 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Padhar  by  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Padhar  that he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Katualla and   during the course of patrolling he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the  possession of  Rewat  Ram  S/O Sh. Kishan Chand  R/O  Bhimadhar PO Katula Tehsil  Sadar  Distt. Manndi (HP) .  ASI  Ashok kumar  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case  FIR No. 33/15 dated 24/01/15 U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in  P.S. Sundernagar   by  ASI  Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 24/01/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Harabag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250  ML Country  Liquor from the possession of   Durgi @ Banti Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Narayan Dass  R/O  Harabag Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY ,AND HURT  

3       Case FIR No.17/15 dated 24/01/15 U/S  341, 323, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsong  on the complaint of Sh. Khem Ram  S/O Sh. Brij  Lal  R/O  Mahangan  PO  Rakol Tehsil  Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 23/01/15  Nand Lal   came  alongwith his wife and obstructed his way  and  beat him up.  ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O. of P.S.   Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

4        Case FIR No. 18/15  dated 24/01/15  U/S  325 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Karsog    on the complaint of   Sh. Suresh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Jai  Singh  R/O   Kalaihani P.O.  Karsog  Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 24/01/15    Yuv Raj   came  alongwith  Sonu  and  beat him up. HC  Tej  Singh   I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5        Case FIR No. 25/15 dated 24/01/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  Insp. Chet Singh  SHO of  P.S. Balh   that on 24/01/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Kansa Chowk  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Ltrs.   Illicit  Liquor    from the possession of  Sh.  Julfi  Ram  S/O Sh. Lala Ram  R/O  Bhor  PO  Kanaid  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  Insp.  Chet  Singh  SHO of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  6      150 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 21,100 /- was  recovered  and 13 challans  were  issued  under Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 1200/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
