CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 20/15 dated 19/01/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on  the complaint of Sh. Ajay S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Bagla PO Barsu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a truck came from Mandi side and hit his  car (HP32B-0033) and sped away from the spot. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 20/15 dated 19/01/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Ali Devi W/O Late Sh. Chandermani R/O Vill. Bhatwari PO Kot Khamradha Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi that on 18/01/15 she and he her grandson Himanshu Gautam S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Bhatwari were crossing the road, in the mean time a M/Cycle came very rashly from Kullu side and hit to her grandson Himanshu who sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 is investigating the case.

3. 102  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.15,800/-  was  recovered and   4 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 4 00/-   was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
