Mandi (HP) that on 11/01/15 he was present at Bhutne Ka Rihda, in the mean time a Car(HP28A-1704) came rashly from Dandhal side and hit the rock alongside the road and fell downwards from the road . Mandi (HP) that on 12/01/15 he was going to school and when reached near agriculture office at Saigaloo , in the mean time a Jeep (HP65A-0122) came rashly and hit a Motor Cycle(MH15AD-9761) and two person who were travelling on said Motor Cycle sustained injuries . 3 Case FIR No. 07/15 dated 12/1/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Nauru Ram R/O Majhakhal P.O. Joral Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/-1/15 he alongwith his brother Narender Kumar were coming back to his home and when they reached near Majhakhal, in the mean time DeshRaj came alongwith Pradeep Kumar obstructed their way and beat both of them . HC Sarwan Kumar No. 910 I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 10/15 dated 11/01/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram I/C of PP Ghatta that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sandral and during the course of patrolling he recovered 375 ML Country Liquor & 375 ML English Wine from the possession of Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Beli ram R/O Sandral P.O. Matroo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Thakru Ram I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 08/15 dated 11/1/15 U/S 174 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S Karsog by HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 11/01/15 he succeeded to arrest the Bhag Chand S/O Sh. Alpu Ram P.O. Khon Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu (HP) . Who was declared proclaimed offender by Ld- JMIC Karsog on 14/02/14 . HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6 Case FIR No. 18/15 dated 11/01/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bhadiar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Sanjeev Khan S/O Sh.Roshan Deen R/O Bhadiar P.O. Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7 104 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.15,800/- was recovered and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
