CRIME REPORT ON 10 JAN

CASE OF RIOTING, INTIMIDATION, RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT AND MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No. 14/15 dated 10/01/2015 dated 10/01/2015 U/S 147,149,504,336,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O Hawani PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Rohit, Akshaya, Raj Kumar, Arun and other three persons damaged his bike, pelted stone and threatened to him. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 10/15 dated 09/01/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by  SI Sandeep Chaudhary Incharge P.P. Pandoh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bakhali and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 bottles of country liquor from the possession of a person resident of villate Bakhli PO Saroia Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sandeep Chaudhry Incharge P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

3. 185  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 27,800/-  was  recovered  and 8 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of  Rs. 900/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
