CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 11/15 dated 10/01/2015 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 10/01/2015 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of nakka he recovered 135 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Vivek Sharma S/O Sh. Naveen Sharma and HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 11/15 dated 10/01/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Late Sh. Durgu Ram R/O Vill. Voching Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/01/2015 a M/Cycle (HP31A-9215) hit him near Visco Resorts Mandi and he sustained injuries. SI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

3. Case FIR No. 17/15 dated 10/01/15 U/S 447, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sai Ram R/O VIll. Katli PO Kalauhad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sanjeev Kumar, Himmat Ram and Chet Ram S/O Sh. Chhitru Ram R/O Talwali entered in his land unlawfully. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER BONDED LABOUR SYTEM(ABOLITION) ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 18/15 dated 10/01/15 U/S 16 of Bonded  Labour  System (Abolition) Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Rahul Sharma S/O Sh. Pradeep Sharma R/O Vill. House No. 713 near old Bus Stand Kurukshetra Haryana at present Roshan Hotel near Purana Bus Stand Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sh. Arjun Singh S/O Sh. Kesar Singh R/O Tihri Ghjarbal working in Dhaba of Kehar Singh @ Banti S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Harabag since 2007 and Kehar Singh is taking work from him as bonded labourer and neither payment nor clothes etc. are being given by him to said Arjun Singh. ASI Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S.Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 19/15 dated 10/01/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Raja Ram R/O Vill. Kholpukhar PO Dalhousie Distt. Chamba (HP) that on 10/01/15 when he reached in Shalimar Hotel Harabag, in the mean time Dinesh Kumar fell down in the road along with his M/Cycle (HP33T-8188) as another M/Cycle (HP31A-8691) hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Rajender Kumar No. 908 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No. 20/15 dated 11/01/15 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 197 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of SH. Shalainder Singh Rana S/O Sh, Amar Singh Rana R/O Vill. Dugrain PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/01/15 he went to Nerchowk by his M/Cycle (HP31A-2928) and when he reached at Kanaid a vehicle HP33(T)-9522 came very rashly and hit him from back side. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7. Case FIR No. 4/15 dated 10/01/15 U/S 39  of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Aarang and during the course of patrolling he recovered unclaimed 7800 ML English wine, 9000 ML illicit liquor and 5000 ML country liquor which was lying in bushes. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISCHIEF BY FIRE

8. Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 10/01/15 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Yusab S/O Sh. Karim Bakash R/O Vill. Garyala PO Mehandi  Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 8-9/01/15 some unknown culprits brunt the three heaps of grass possessed by him. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karosg is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 10/01/15 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Amar Nath Incharge P.P.Pangna that on 10/01/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of Deep Kumar S/O Sh. Ajeet Singh R/O Vill. Kalshan PO Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, ASSUALT, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

10. Case FIR No. 15/15 dated 10/01/15 U/S 447,356,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Vill. Yoh PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/01/15 Leela Devi R/O Yoh beat her up and also snatched her ear ring. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ASSUALT, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

11. Case FIR No. 16/15 dated 10/01/15 dated 10/01/2015 U/S 356,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Yoh PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/01/15 Neelam Devi and Kashmiri Devi beat her up and also snatched her ear ring. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

12. Case FIR No. 17/15 dated 11/01/15 U/S 452,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Khayli Ram S/O Sh. Panjku Ram R/O Vill. Chakdoh PO Jhangi Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/01/15 Ramesh Chand R/O Chakdoh entered in his house and beat him up. ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

13. 140  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 17,700/-  was  recovered  and 2 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of  Rs. 200/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
