CASE   OF   RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1          Case FIR No. 24/15 dated 16/01/15 U/S  336  IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Dilu  Ram  R/O  Badoun P.O. Jarol  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 16/01/15  he was  going to   his home  alongwith his wife by  Motor Cycle (HP31C-4462)  and  when he reached near Kangri   then he found that some  people were  trying to kill the  pig with their  gun, in the mean time  pig  ran and  attacked  upon  him  and  he  fell down on the road and he sustained injuries.  HC Leeladhar No. 913  I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 23/15 dated 17/01/15   U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Seema  Devi  W/O Sh. Pradeep  Kumar  R/O  Kothuwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on  16/01/15   when she was  going to his home  and when  she reached near  Galu, in the  mean time  Smt.  Sarla Devi   came  alongwith Thakur Dass  and obstructed  her way and beat her up  and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Bidhi  Chand   I/C of  PP  Sandhole  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRULETY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

3          Case FIR No. 16/15  dated 16/01/15  U/S  498 (A) , 406  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Sawati Aggarwal  D/O Sh. Vinod  Aggarwal  R/O  253-254 2^nd  Floor PKT-2 Sector-22 Rohani  Delhi   that  she  was married  with  Garuv Gupta  S/O Sh. Satish Gupta R/O   Ward No.  12  Ram  Nagar Mandi  (HP) .  But after some time of marriage her  Husband ,  Father-in –law & Mother- in-law    started  to harass  her physically and mentally  by  demanding the  dowry.  SI  Chanchal Singh  I/O of  P.S.  Sadar  Mandi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 17/15   dated 16/01/15  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Anwar Ali  S/O Sh. Irshad  Ilahi R/O  Bindravani P.O. Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  16/01/15   he was present  in his home  he saw that  a  Car (HP33D-1001)   was  coming  from Manali  side  and  a Motor Cycle(HP33D-1001)  came   rashly   behind of above car   and  struck  with   it  due to rash and negligent  riding  by  the  Motor Cycle  rider   and both occupants    of  said  Motor  Cycle  sustained  injuries .  HC  Rajmal  No. 856  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 9/15 dated 17/01/15  U/S  323, 324, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Rajender  Kumar S/O Sh. Dinesh  Kumar R/O  Paloh  P.O. Gawalpur Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 16/01/15  Rakesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Shyam Lal  R/O  Saran came  alongwith  Narayan Dass  and   Om Parkash  ,  beat him up and he sustained injuries and  also threatened  him  with dire  consequences.  HC   Ranjeet Singh  No. 71  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 6         Case FIR No. 19/15 dated 16/01/15 U/S 341, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Basant Ram  S/O Sh. Prem Dass  R/O  Dugrain PO Brikhmani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 12/01/15 Prabhu Ram   came  alongwith his friends  and obstructed his way and  also  threatened him with dire consequences. HC Lal Singh  No. 80  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

  7        343  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.52,400/-  was  recovered  and 15  challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
