CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case  FIR No. 07/15 dated 06/01/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand  S/O Sh. Kaul Singh  R/O  Madhog P.O. Troh  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  he  is   working  as a driver  with  Volvo Bus(DL-1PC-4964) . On 06/01/15 he  was on  route  Delhi  to  Manali  and  when  they reached  near  Bindravani, in the mean  time  a Truck (HR-38D-7221)  which was  driven by  Nandu  Rai  S/O Sh. Parkash Rai  R/O  Tehsil Hosiyarpur  (PB)    came rashly from  Manali side  and hit his Bus  and  driver of  said  truck   sustained injuries in this mishap.  HC  Yash Pal  No. 14  I.O. of  PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2          Case  FIR No. 09/15  dated 05/01/15 U/S  289  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt.  Bhadri Devi  W/O Sh. Shiv  Ram  Thakur  R/O  Upper Bhambla P.O. Bhambla Tehsil  Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 05/01/15   the pet  dog of  Sh. Kishan  Chand bite  her  son .  HC Shiv  Singh  No. 894  I.O. of PP Hatli  is investigating the case.

CASE  OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

3         Case    FIR No. 02/15  dated 05/01/15  U/S  279, 337 IPC & U/S  187 MV  Act  has been  registered in P.S. Gohar  on the complaint   of  Miss  Roshani  Devi  D/O Sh. Murari Lal  R/O  Padhan PO  Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that 05/01/15  she was  coming  back to  her home  from  School   and when she reached near  Katlog, in the mean time   a Scooter (HP32-0717)  came  rashly from  Chail Chowk  side  and hit her  and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Suresh  Kumar  I/C of  Traffic  Wing Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

4         Case FIR No. 03/15 dated 06/1/15 U/S  39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar by  ASI  Ram  Krishan I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 06/01/15  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Kuther  and  during the course of  patrolling he recovered 5Ltrs. Illicit  Liquor  from the possession  of  Singh  S/O Sh. Premu R/O  Kuther  P.O. Chail Chowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Ram  Krishan I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigiatng the case.

  CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 5        Case  FIR No. 04/15  dated 5/01/15  U/S  341, 323, 504, , 34 IPC has been  registered  in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the   complaint of  Smt. Pawna Thakur  W/O Sh. Lal Chand  R/O  Samlot Ward  No.  1  Jogindernagar  that    her nephew  came alongwith   his  mother, obstructed  her way and  beat her up and she  sustained  injuries . ASI  Rajesh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

6         Case FIR No. 03/15 dated 05/01/15 U/S  279, 337  IPC  has been  registered  in P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh.  Prem Singh  S/O Sh.  Bhagi  Ram  R/O  Napohata P.O. Luhardi Tehsil Multhan Distt. Kangra(HP)  that he  is   running a shop  at Sukhabag. On  05/01/15  when he was present  on his shop , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle (HP29A-3036)  which was ridden by   Satish  Kumar ,  came rashly and   tried to overtook  a  auto  and  collided  with  said auto and  two other occupants  namely  Deepak  &  Karan who were also boarded on said  Motor Cycle   along with  rider sustained injuries.  HC  Desh Raj  I/O of  PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  7        175 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.17,100 /- was  recovered  and 13 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1500/-   was recovered  during last 24 hours.
