OPEN HALF MARATHON  AND  CITIZEN RUN 2015

1         Mandi Police  is organizing  open half marathon  on 8/02/15   for male & female(resident of Himachal Pradesh) and citizen  run  alongwith it.  Distance for male category  is  21 KMs  &  distance for female category is 11 KMs. Citizen run is opened for all citizen of  any  age(male, female, children)  distance  for which is  4KMs. In the periphery of town areas.  Entry from  for participant  is made available  at  Police Lines  Mandi, each Police Station  and Police Posts  of this district. Entry  fee  for each participant  is  Rs. 100/- . First prize  for (male & female category) is  Rs. 12000/- each, 2^nd  prize  for (male &  female category) is Rs. 10,000/- each & 3^rd  prize  for (male & female  category) is Rs.6000/- each. In addition  to above prize  five consolation  prizes  will also be  given to next  top five participants of each category.  

CASE OF HURT

2          Case FIR No. 20/15 dated 28/01/15 U/S  323, 325 IPC has been retgistered in P.S.  Karsog  on the complaint of Sh.  Gursaran S/O Sh. Shonak  Ram  R/O  Ward  No.4  Sunni  P.O. Sunni  Tehsil  Sunni  Distt. Shimla  that on 08/01/15  he was present at  Tattapani, in the mean time  Josaf @ Bihari came there and beat him  up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Ashok  Kumar  No. 885  I/C of PAR  Tattapani is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING  AND HURT

3          Case FIR No.18/15 dated 27/01/15  U/S 452, 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anuj Kumar  S/O Sh.  Pratap Singh  R/O  Darat PO  Jalpehar Distt. Mandi (HP) that   when  he was  present in his home, in the mean time  Ajay  Thapa ,   Aman  came  alongwith  four  persons, entered in the courtyard of his home and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND &  HUSBAND'S  RELATIVES

4             Case FIR No.  35/15 dated 27/01/15  U/S 498 (A),452, 342, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Smt.  Madhu  W/O Sh. Sanjay  Kumar  VPO Baroti Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that she was married  with  Sanjay  Kumar . But  after some  time of marriage her husband, Brother-in-law & Mother-in-law started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding  dowry  and  beat her up regularly .  ASI  Sandeep  Kumar  I.O. of PP Dharampur  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 23/15  dated 27/01/15  U/S  341, 323, 504 , 34 IPC has been  regisdtered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sunny  S/O Sh. Satish Kumar  R/O House No. 267/12  Ram Nagar Mandi (HP) that  on  27/01/15  when  he was coming  alongwith his brother  Yogesh , in the mean  time Daljeet Singh ,  Chikki & Lucky   came alongwith one  another person   and  beat both of them.  HC  Dole Ram  No. 869  I.O. of PP  City    Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY ,  RIOTING, MISCHIEF  AND HURT

6         Case FIR No. 39/15 dated 28/01/15  U/S  341, 323, 427, 147, 149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gurbinder S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram  Rana R/O  Dola PO Khiliyan Tehsil Nalagarh Distt. Solan(HP) that  on  27/01/15  he  along with  Nirmal  coming  back to  Kullu by  his  Truck (HP12C-5999)  and when they reached  near  Bhawana, in the mean  time   five persons  came there and obstructed  their way,  beat   both of them and also broke the  mirror of   said  Truck .  HC  Tek Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

7          76 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.8700/-  was  recovered  and 6 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 600/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
