CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 16/15 dated 08/01/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Chaman Lal No. I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 08/01/15 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Pungh and during the course of nakka he recovered 165 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Udham Singh S/O Sh. Kunbar Pal R/O VPO & Tehsil Harduaganj Distt. Aligarh (UP). HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. Sunderngar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2. Case FIR No. 4/15 dated 08/01/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Hari Singh that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Khoti llah and during the course of nakka he recovered 160 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Surjeet Kumar S/o Sh. Prakash Chand R/O VPO Bakreri Tehsil Barsar Distt. Hamirpur (HP). ASI Hari Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 9/15 dated 08/01/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Topender Kumar S/O Sh. Churamani R/O Shilla Kandhi PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/01/15 he along with his four friends namely Kultar, Chaman, Dhandev and Sonu were   coming by a car (HP01M-1247) which was driven by Chaman Lal and when said car reached near by-pass Mandi Chaman Lal lost control over it and fell down in a khud and they all sustained injuries. ASI Luxmi Chand I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR NO. 8/15 dated 08/01/15 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Sat Pal Singh I.O. of P.P. Kotli that on 08/01/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nalhog and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor & 2 bottles of English wine from the possession of Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Khadkalyana PO Baryara Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sat Pal Incharge P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND OFFENCES AGAINT PUBLIC SERVANTS

5. Case FIR No. 12/15 dated 08/0/15 U/S 147,149,323, 186 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Chaudhry Ram, Pradhan G.P. Langhar that the work of road Kathla to Dhoor is on progressbut Budhi Singh, Kanta Devi, Randeep, Tilku Devi, Meena Devi and Bimla Devi obstructed the work. SI Madan Lal Incharge P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING, MISCIEF AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

6. Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 08/01/15 U/S 447,147,427 IPC and U/S 32,33 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Karam Chand B.O. Forest Jhungi that Ghansyam S/O Sh. Hari Singh along with his five associate were constructing road illegally in the area of DPF Khundhar. ASI Amar Nath Incharge P. P. Pangna is investigating the case.

7. 132 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.14,200/-   was  recovered  and 14 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1300/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
