OPEN HALF MARTHON AND CITIZEN RUN 2015

1. Mandi Police is organizing open half marathon on 08/02/15 for male & female and a citizen run along with it. Distance for male category is 21 KMs and distance for female category is 11 KMs. Citizen run is open for all citizen of any age (male, female and children) distance for which is about 3 KMs in the periphery of town areas.

2. Case FIR No. 29/15 dated 20/01/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Ajay Modgil S/O Sh. Om Prakash Modgil VPO Dehar Tehsil Sunder nagar Distt. Mandi that on 20/01/15   Ravi & his friends obstructed his way & beat him up. ASI Khalil Ahmad is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 30/15 dated 20/01/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh.  Rohit Thakur  S/O Lt. Sh. Sher Singh R/O H. No. 3 ward No. 5 Chatrokhari Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/01/15  at about 03:00 PM Ajay Modgil & his friends obstructed his way & beat him up.  ASI Prakash Chand I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No 11/15 dated  20/01/15  U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in  P.S. Gohar on the complaint  of  Sh.Devi Ram S/O Sh. Lajja Ram Village Singal PO Chattri Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi HP that on 19/01/15 at 3.00 PM  he was working at Place Dunga Dhar in the mean time a  Van No. (HP 51-3965) came from Ranabag side to Chattri side very Rashly, van driver  couldn't control the van and goes down near about 600 feet and Smt. Sushanti Devi  died at CHC Anni. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 23/14 dated 21/01/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registred in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Narsh Kumar S/O Sh. Chandemani R/O Vill. Tanda PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on 20/01/15 Harish Ku,ar S/O Sh. Devi Ram beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6. 190  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 29,600/-  was  recovered and   31 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 3100/-   was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
